Pamela Bhatt
Founder and Director

Infinity Services was founded by Pamela Bhatt, who brings over 20 years of experience within the health and social care sector. For the past 15 years, Pamela has worked in senior management roles, leading high-quality supported living services and working closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, commissioners, and multidisciplinary teams. Her vision has been to create person-centred services that empower people to live independently while receiving compassionate, high-quality support.
Raj Bhatt
Founder and Director

Raj Bhatt has over 16 years of experience in health and social care, including 11 years as a Registered Care Manager. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively alongside local authorities, NHS professionals, safeguarding teams, housing providers, and commissioners to deliver high-quality supported living services. Raj is passionate about continuous improvement, regulatory excellence, and developing innovative, strengths-based approaches that help people achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life.
